The Challenge

The client needed a booth that could be used across multiple international exhibitions without requiring a full redesign each time. Key challenges: • Creating a system that adapts to different booth sizes and layouts • Supporting multiple languages without duplicating entire designs • Keeping production and transport costs manageable The booth needed to be simple, flexible, and reusable.

Our Strategy

Modular Booth System • Designed the booth as a series of independent printed panels • Allowed panels to be rearranged or used individually depending on space • Built for easy transport, setup, and reconfiguration Bilingual Content • Separated English and Spanish into distinct panels • Ensured each version could function independently • Allowed reuse of English panels for future international shows Design Approach • Kept layouts clean and readable in a trade show environment • Focused on key product and company information • Maintained consistency across all materials Long-Term Use • Designed with future exhibitions in mind (including international events) • Reduced need for reprinting by creating flexible assets • Balanced upfront design effort with long-term efficiency

The Results

The booth system provides a reusable setup that can adapt to different trade show environments. The client can adjust layouts, swap language panels as needed, and reuse materials across multiple events, reducing both cost and production time for future exhibitions.
