The Challenge
SFI certification involves multiple steps and technical concepts that aren’t always easy to understand. Key challenges: • Translating technical standards into plain language • Keeping the content concise within a limited format • Making the information useful for both new and experienced landowners The piece needed to be clear enough to educate, but structured enough to guide action.
